**Appointment Policy Update** Effective as of January 1, 2017
1. Each customer is required to have a debit or credit card on file, SAME DAY CANCELATION AND NO SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED $25-$50 AUTOMATICALLY THIS WILL BE NON NEGOTIABLE THIS IS NOT A PERSONAL SITUATION ITS BUSINESS AS WE HAVE EXPENSES , TAXES , STAFF , ETC . BOTTOM LINE DONT BOOK UNLESS YOU ARE SURE OF YOUR SCHEDULE.
2. We run a very tight schedule, therefore you will only have a 5 MINUTE grace period.
3. NO SHAVING for 15 days prior to your scheduled appointment, IF you book an appointment and you do not have an adequate amount of hair to safely wax, you will still be charged and you will have to reschedule.
4. NO SHOWS= No Future Bookings, unless you fully prepay for your next service
5. All services that are longer than 1 hour, requires a deposit that goes towards your service.
6. Grace period 5 to 8 minutes

Q: What's the difference between Hard-Wax and Sugaring ?
A: Hard-wax is a strip-less hair removal wax with a thicker and creamier formulation which is perfect for course hairs, first time waxers, and maintenance. There is less clean up afterwards.
Sugaring is an all natural sugar paste made of (Sugar, Lemon , and Water) no strips needed for hair removal, cleans up easily, lasts longer, also decreases in-grown hairs due to the way the hair is pulled from the bulb in same direction of hair growth, improves tone and texture, does not burn the skin, no cross contamination. This can be a much quicker and less painful technique when the hairs are not too long. Both includes warm wipes & vitamin-e/coconut oil.
Q: What should I do if my monthly comes on the day of my appointment or before my appointment?
A: I would like to inform you that You can still be waxed we simply ask that you wear a Kotex insertion or a cup . If you do decide to cancel your appointment on the day of your appointment it is still considered a cancellation and you will be charged a cancellation fee. We suppose to count over 28 days from the period start day to calculate your next period. Also there are apps like period tracker which can help you track an approximate start day. If you simply don't care to keep up with your own period start dates you need to book your wax after your period goes off.
Q: Should I shave or trim?
A: You SHOULD NOT shave or trim hair at least 15 days before your appointment. If for any reason you shave or trim hair you will be charged for service and booked for later date.
Q: What if I book for multiple services prior, but upon arrival I Change my mind and only want 1 service and cancel the rest.
A: If you are booked for Full body then decide when you get to location you just want a brazilian. You will still be responsible for all your services you have booked for on the calendar. You will have to pay for full price for your services and rebook for a later date for the rest of your services.
Q: What if I cancel appointment 2 hours before my appointment?
A: Our policy requests that you give us a 24 hour notice. If not there will be a cancellation fee for your appointment.
Q: How do I take care of my skin after the services are completed ?
A: Exfoliate. Use ice to sooth redness. Purchase our products for in-grown hairs or the after care kit. Avoid tanning, swimming, and saunas for 24 hours afterwards.
Q: How long does my wax lasts ?
A: 2-4 weeks depending on your personal growth cycle, but it is safe to repeat your wax in 4 to 6 weeks to stay on track.
